All state and federal agencies and all other entities that represent the interests of the St. Paul Tribe, including Aleutian Pribilof Island Association, shall consult with and coordinate with the St. Paul Tribal Council. No entity shall receive funding on behalf of the interests of the St. Paul Tribe without the express resolution of the St. Paul Tribal Council.
