Nothing in this code shall be deemed to constitute acceptance of or deference to the jurisdiction of the State of Alaska over any civil or civil regulatory matter or crime associated thereto, where such jurisdiction does not otherwise exist. [2008 Code § 2.1.9; Res. 1999-17]
