All references to “days” in this chapter shall refer to calendar days and time computation shall include Saturdays and Sundays. If the final day of time computation falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a Tribal Government holiday, the final day shall be the next regularly scheduled work day. [Res. 2012-24; 2008 Code § 2.5.16]
