(a) If the person determined to have committed the civil infraction contests the determination and files an answer with the Court, the person shall have the right to a trial by the Court.

(b) Procedures for the conduct of all proceedings under this chapter shall be governed by Chapter 2.20 ATC. [Res. 2012-27; 2008 Code § 3.2.8]
