All records, reports, proceedings, and orders in adoption cases are confidential and shall not be available for release or inspection. Information contained in such records may be released upon petition to the Tribal Court by the adoptive person upon turning eighteen (18) years of age, or otherwise upon order of the Court upon a showing a good cause.
