(a) Fur seal may be harvested from the 23^rd day of June to the 8^th day of August of each year.

(b) With respect to both the consumer and fur seals the harvest will begin at 8:00 a.m. and no later than 9:00 a.m. If the harvest is in the evening, then the harvest will begin at 6:00 p.m.

(c) Fur seal can be harvested from haulouts as identified in the Harvest Management Plan and 50 CFR Ch. II Section 216 Subpart F Section 216.72(d)(1) once per week.

(d) Enforcement officers shall have the authority to not permit harvest to occur at a given location if conflicts may arise between research, tourism, or other permitted activities or if it is determined that the harvest will have a negative impact upon the population of fur seals in that location.
