(a) Littering on any road or parcel of land, or in any water or waterway is prohibited.

(b) Illegal dumping on any road or parcel of land, or in any water or waterway is prohibited.

(c) Driving on any road, trail, or beach with an unsecured/uncovered/shifting load that may blow or be released from a vehicle or vessel and be deposited on a road or public or private land or in a waterway is prohibited.

(d) Depositing of garbage upon another person’s property or in any container owned or leased by another person, unless done with the consent of the property owner, is prohibited.

(e) All garbage shall be recycled or deposited at the municipal landfill or in receptacles designated for that purpose.

(f) Signs and notices will be placed at appropriate places within the community, on roads and trails, and at well-used areas, reminding tribal members and non-tribal members of their responsibilities under this section. [Res. 2010-27; 2008 Code § 7.4.4]
