Upon the dissolution of a corporation, the portion of the assets that should be transferred to any individual who is unknown or cannot be found, is a minor, or who is not competent and there is no person legally competent to receive such distributive portion, shall be reduced to cash and deposited with the Tribal Clerk in a trust account. In the event there is no person legally competent to receive a minor’s distributive portion, the minor’s assets shall be held in trust until the minor reaches the age of majority. In any other circumstance the trust account shall be held for a period not to exceed two years. When such person or his legal representative can furnish satisfactory proof of entitlement to the amount deposited, the Tribal Clerk shall pay the individual the amount due.
