A minor commits the violation of curfew by failing to obey the curfew regulations as follows:

(a) No minor age twelve (12) or under shall be outside their residence in public places between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., Sunday through Thursday, and from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.

(b) No minor age thirteen (13) through seventeen (17) shall be outside their residence in public places between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., Sunday through Thursday, and from 12:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.

(c) Exceptions to the curfew hours shall be permitted for community, family, or school activities, evening employment held by the minor, or other special occasions or holidays.

(d) Curfew hours shall not apply if a minor is subsistence hunting. [Res. 2012-43; 2008 Code § 4.3.2]
