The St. Paul Island Tribal Court shall have jurisdiction over the termination of parental rights involving a child enrolled or eligible for enrollment in the Aleut Community of St. Paul Island, as provided for in ATC Title 1. [Res. 2012-57; 2008 Code § 6.3.1]
