6.15.70 Dispositional Alternatives.

(a) If parental rights to a child are terminated in accordance with ATC 6.15.50 and a Decree of Termination is entered, the Court may:
(1) Proceed to Adoptions, Chapter 6.20 ATC;
(2) Grant custody to the remaining parent whose parental rights have not been terminated and order the payment of child support by the parent whose rights have been terminated; or
(3) Grant custody to the Tribe for placement in a foster or shelter care facility that has been approved by the Tribe.
(b) If parental rights to a child are not terminated, the Court shall make a disposition in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 6.10 ATC regarding a child in need of protection. [Res. 2012-57; 2008 Code § 6.3.5]
